Major Japanese portal site Zapallas made a survey asking participants to predict ’2012′s Greatest Hallyu star in Japan’. Kevin was named the #1 star and U-Kiss was listed as the #1 band. So far, it looks like Cocolini’s prediction that Kevin was the luckiest man in 2012 is correct. Here is a link to the original artice about Kevin.
The memnbers of U-Kiss speak Japanese, Chinese, and English in addition to Korean. This has been extrememly helpful in making their faces recognizable all over the world. The stars are making a point of speaking English on global programs as a way of marketing U-Kiss worldwide. U-Kiss is touring in Korea and Japan shortly after their album drops in February.
Members Dongho and Hoon have been cast in the show ‘Holy Land‘. There is a tv drama and movie about U-Kiss in consideration also.
