[NEWS] The former U-KISS leader shares his experience of going solo and thanks his fans for sticking by him

Going solo has been far from easy, and Alexander named fellow entertainer Kim Hyun Joong of SS501 as his source of motivation. "Recently i really admire Kim Hyun Joong because he was from a group and then he came out being solo, acting and everything and I really admire him - the way he strives until the point where he's so successful because it's not easy. I'm sure he worked really hard so he's kind of my goal."

Looking back at his time with U-KISS, Alexander expressed, "Being in a group was really comfortable and I was so used to the pattern and changing to solo was like getting naked in public." Going solo has had its shares of pluses and minuses, with "doing everything on my own" named as the worst part of it. The cheeky lad then countered, "(But) I don't have to share my room with anybody" adding with a laugh, "I can sneak out any time without people even knowing."

[NEWS] Former U-KISS leader Alexander wants to get married

You read that right - Alexander Lee Eusebio said he wants to get married. Fret not, the heartthrob won't be doing so any time soon, as he's only planning to get hitched by the time he hits 34 - a good 10 years away from now.

The former U-KISS leader and member hit our sunny shores for the first time since he was last here with the group in Nov 2010 and xinmsn took the opportunity to catch up with him.

The jet-setter has been busy meeting fans all over the world, and he expressed "I like to work everywhere outside Korea", joking that "when you go overseas you get extra care." Alexander deals with the stress of his tight schedule by sleeping a lot, adding "when I don't get enough sleep I eat". He also "talks everything out" with his parents and staff whenever he can.

Having visited Singapore a fair number of times, we asked Alexander about his most memorable experience. Pausing to think before answering, he cheerfully recollected when he had snuck out to visit ION Orchard with then U-KISS band mate Kevin and were enjoying frozen yoghurt and drinks when they turned around and were shocked to see a group of fans following them.

In Singapore for his first solo fan meeting tonight at St James Power Station, Alexander, who speaks seven languages, called his Xanderettes (a nickname for his fans) "really delicate and passionate". The singer-actor said he was really touched and thankful to them for sticking around even though he's been absent for two years.
